日本各地にある温泉は常に湧出しており、自然の熱エネルギーは最大限に活用しなくてはなりません。

現在、日本の都市部では風呂に入るため電力を必要とし、電力会社が多くの化石燃料を利用しています。

人々が常日頃から温泉を活用することで、無駄な化石燃料の使用を控えCO2の排出を恒久的に抑制することが可能だと思います。

寒冷地では、源泉の温度が45℃以上ある温泉は暖房や融雪にも活用できます。

しかし、温泉が既存の化石燃料の利用抑制に寄与する事実を多くの人々が知らされていません。

SDGsの考え方に基づいてパートナーシップを広げ、温泉の活用範囲を広げることにより国内の環境負荷を低減することができるでしょう。

【英文】Hot springs in many parts of Japan are constantly gushing out, and natural thermal energy must be utilized to the fullest.
Currently, in urban areas of Japan, people need electricity to take a bath, and the power companies use a lot of fossil fuels.
I believe that if people make use of hot springs on a regular basis, it will be possible to reduce the unnecessary use of fossil fuels and permanently curb CO2 emissions.
In cold regions, hot springs with a source temperature of 45℃ or higher can be used for heating and snow melting.

However, many people are not aware of the fact that hot springs can contribute to reducing the use of existing fossil fuels.
By expanding partnerships based on the SDGs and expanding the scope of hot spring use, we can reduce the environmental impact in Japan.

The hotel’s service is to provide accommodations that make maximum use of the thermal energy of hot springs without relying on existing fossil fuels.
